THE QUESTION

With Transcendence – The New Horizon, Michael Flexig is currently working on a new album — a new chapter in a musical language shaped by melody, emotional intensity and the spirit of ZENO, carried into a world of his own.

What if we are more than we know? Transcendence does not offer a doctrine. It opens a field of tension: memory and longing, doubt and recognition, mortality and continuation, shadow and light.

Built on soaring vocal lines, melodic hard rock, classical colour and wide dramatic arcs, the music reaches beyond a conventional album. Each song stands on its own, yet together they form the core of a larger artistic universe.

Current status: Songwriting for the album is now largely complete. Production and further development continue, with release currently planned for the second half of 2027.

That universe unfolds through music, novel and rock opera — three perspectives on the same movement: from certainty into the question, from the visible into the hidden, from the carried flame into a new form of light.

The journey does not move away from life, but deeper into it. The future needs origin — and origin needs future. Without one another, both become nothing. What begins here is not an answer, but a horizon.
